The examples show the kind of work we do, not real clients: every company, name and figure is invented. In your case the data comes from your own systems, and the solution runs in your accounts.
These are simplified mock-ups. For you, we build them around your own processes, figures and software, with exactly the features you need.
Visual analysis and dashboards
Your key figures at a glance
The figures sit in several programs and Excel lists. Anyone who wants an overview has to ask around or build it themselves on a Friday evening.
A dashboard pulls the figures from your systems every day, flags what needs attention and sums it up in a few plain sentences.
Workflow automation
Read, check and pre-code receipts
Invoices arrive by email, by post and as photos. Someone types in supplier, amount and VAT and looks up the right account.
Each receipt is read, the total, VAT and duplicates are checked, and a draft booking is ready. Anything that does not fit goes onto a review list with the reason.
System integration
Sort requests and send them to the right place
Requests come in by phone, email and form. Someone reads them, sorts them, finds the contractor, writes the order and informs the tenant.
The request is classified, the right contractor receives the order, the tenant a confirmation and the property software an entry. Anything that is not a repair goes to a person.
Data processing and conversion
Clean up and merge lists
The same company appears several times in different lists, with different spellings, date and number formats. Reports rarely add up at the first attempt.
Consistent formats, merged duplicates, completed details and a short list of the cases a person should clarify.

The weekly figures are put together by hand when time allows. Changes show up late.
Every Monday a short email arrives with eight figures, the change on the previous week and two or three sentences on what stands out.
Forecasts and simulations
Cash over the next 13 weeks, as a range
Cash planning is a spreadsheet with one number per week. How reliable that number is, nobody can say.
The model runs a thousand variants: later payments, fluctuating revenue, large purchases. You see how likely it is to get tight and can change the assumptions yourself.
Custom software and simulations
Play through the day before it happens
Staffing for picking and packing is planned from experience. Whether the truck leaves full at 16:00 only shows in the afternoon.
A small web app simulates the day order by order. Change staff and order volume and see at once where orders pile up, how many make the truck and what it costs.
