Pricing
You know the price before the work begins
We work at fixed prices. In the proposal we break the price down into two to four parts, so you can see what you are paying for. If the proposal does not suit you, it costs you nothing.
Proposal
You describe in a few sentences which software you use and which process you would like to simplify. We reply with a proposed solution and a broken-down fixed price.
- no files, no data, no access needed
- every price is reviewed by a person before it reaches you
One process automated
One recurring process from start to finish, for example receipt intake, repair requests, orders by email, dunning or a weekly report.
- built in your own accounts
- tested with your real cases before it starts
- error alerts when something does not run
- short instructions and handover
Your numbers in one place
We integrate disparate data sources, for example accounting, time tracking and Excel lists, into one to three dashboards that are up to date every day.
- we define the figures with you, in your words
- totals are reconciled with the source system
- introduction for your team, documentation
- every Monday by email, if you like
Forecast and simulation
Scenarios for cash, stock, capacity or staffing as a simple web application with your data. You change the assumptions and see the consequences as a range.
- model based on your accounting and planning
- clear, documented assumptions
- runs in your account
Ongoing support
We monitor your processes and dashboards, fix errors, make adjustments and send a short monthly report. The scope depends on the number of processes and change requests.
By arrangement
Several processes, integrations across many systems or on-site work are quoted individually, also within a fixed frame.
All prices in CHF, excluding VAT where applicable. Clients in Germany and Austria receive quotes in euros.
Examples
What typical projects cost
Indicative figures from typical projects. The binding fixed price is in the proposal and depends on your scope.
Sort repair requests, commission the contractor, inform the tenant, record the case in the property software. One process, two systems.
Receipt intake for an accounting firm: read each receipt, check totals and VAT, pre-code it in bexio, exceptions onto a review list. One process, high volume.
Management cockpit: accounting and time tracking connected, eight key figures, by email every Monday. One dashboard, two sources.
Cash over the next 13 weeks as a range, from accounting and the quote list, with assumptions you can change. One model.
How it pays off, on an invented example
An installation firm: two office staff each spend six hours a week on quotes, reports and invoices, and three invoices a month go out wrong. That costs about CHF 52,000 a year today. Automated, about CHF 16,000 of that remains. The process costs CHF 6,900 once and has paid for itself after a little over two months. Run it with your own numbers.
Good to know
What determines the price
Number of systems
Every additional source needs a connection and tests. Two systems cost less than five.
State of the data
Clean exports are quick. Lists with many special cases take more work, and we say so in the proposal.
Exceptions
The more cases need deciding by hand, the more rules the process needs.
Running costs of third parties
Some solutions use services with their own fees, often CHF 20 to 150 a month. They run in your name, and we list them up front.
No small print
Anything outside the agreed scope only costs extra with your consent. Change requests get their own price.
When it does not pay off
If a process is too small for a project of its own, we say so openly and suggest a smaller step.
Your fixed price starts with a few sentences.
Describe your software and the process you would like to simplify. The proposal is free and without obligation.
